If I could give give zero starts I would. Just an update. They finally sent me an email the 01.12.2022 staying they've canceled my service. After 7 month's!!!! My router was handed in 7 month's ago!!! And still paid for 6 months!!!!Yesterday they retired to debit my account again and sent me an email saying the debit order didn't go through !! What is wrong with them!!!!!! Still no call from a manager
