This company is a *****. They wanted to charge me R1000 for an installation fee where I currently reside even though I already have the fibre box and fibre optic cables installed. I told the sales person that I dealt with that I should not be charged the installation fee as the fibre box has already been installed. She proceeded to tell me that this is how TT connect and other fibre providers operate. I told her that I would call Vox and see what they had to say on this. I then found out that vox would not charge me an installation fee or activation fee as I explained to them as mentioned above that the box and cables had already been installed. I would not go through webafrica for any individual looking to install fibre in their home as they are conning individuals out of money and charging them a fee which should not be charged. Terrible service. They are no better than the ANC when it comes to ***** and *******ion and *****ing money that they have no right of asking from you.
