Webafrica is a **** don’t get caught

Do not ever sign up with this company. You have been warned. I tried to move my address and the fibre but they have not connected me. So for three weeks I’ve been trying to get support , they do not call you back when they say they will, they deliberately let the what’s app chats idle and they deliberately cut you off when you call and say you’d like to complain . I have now tried to cancel but the same thing happens. I’ve looked on line and wish I had searched earlier but to my horror this is their modus operandi with customers and they basically are ****mers! They are in so much trouble being slapped with fines and such from the courts but they don’t care they are still ****ming people. This is is a massive cautionary tale .
