webafrica is a disappointment

webafrica is a company not to be dealing with ,there customer service is absolutely poor they take hours to respond to you with queries and they don't do what you ask them to do,tbey mess up accounts i recently requested a second line which was approved i paid tbey connected me,i asked Minentle on WhatsApp support an agent which is so *********** i have asked to cancel my old service assured me that its canceled even asked for reason for cancelation ,which i have explained ,however it was not canceled and my current service is disconnected ,its a weekend my kids are home there is no fiber vuma webafrica has put me in a predicament ,im in expense to buy data on my phone just because they can't do they job right but took pmt i stayed without fibre after first pmt was done 1 week without fibre which they did not compensate me for,n now on my second month i am sitting with 2 accounts they took pmt for the wrobg account and im with an active fiber line at my current premise ,i wouldn't even give these guys a 1 star rating with there *********** agents who hasnot even responded to my query from yesterday morning 08/09/2023 ,vuma and webafrica is a company i wouldn't recommend to anyone experience with them is terrible .
