Webafrica is a circus!

I have been a client of web africa for the last 3-4 years. I recently moved apartments 2 doors away. I then took my router plugged it in at my new place where the previous owner had the exact same internet setup. All went well for the first week until my internet was suspended. I made contact with webafrica and this people wanted to sign me up for a totally new package and pay a fee for a new router and completely new reinstall of the product. After finally speaking to someone honest they advised that they would just need to do a transfer and carry everything over. The funny thing is when I initial joined webafrica my installment was R599. 3 years later it's not R800. And now they want to charge us R599 again. Nevertheless. Mind you I had paid my R800 monthly subscription 2 weeks ago and now web africa has suspended my internet connection and wanting me to pay once again for internet. This is literally ******ion. If you considering getting Fibre. Stay away from webafrica. This company has to structure.
