I sent a cancellation request through in January - up until now this was not actioned . I keep going to a chatbot /there is n0o actual no to call and speak unless you want to sign up . now the whatsapp chat person says they will cancel now . NO!! This needs to be actioned as of the initial cancellation request . DO NOT GO WITH WEBAFRICA THEY ARE ****MERS !!! THIS NEEDS TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY !! THEY MAKE YOUY WAIT SUCH A LONG TIME ON THE CHATS TO EVEN GET ANY RESPONSES!!!
