Webafrica is a big inconvenience

I have been asking for a speed upgrade and been told to wait until my prepaid voucher expires. On the day of expire my connection was cut but when I call for an upgrade they send me from pillar to post, telling me they cant upgrade easy pay customers so I need to request on whatsapp where I'm being assisted by a robot that keeps taking me back to the main menu,I'm disconnected while working from home and No One can assist me with an upgrade ,all the agents I have spoken to when I called are ALL clueless and waisted my airtime.
