Webafrica is a ****

I signed a wifi contract with Telkom on the 9th of January 2024. The next day 10 Jan 2024 webafrica debited money from my account. A month later my telkom account was in arrears. I told them to cancel their debit order through their WhatsApp chat. They always tell me that they escalate the matter to the manager. I have no contract with Webafrica.
