If you value your sanity STAY AWAY from this company!! They have NO way of actually contacting them, speaking to any kind of tangible customer service-so if something does not work which seems almost GUARENTEED, you are 110% *****ed! literally just signed up with them, haven't even received the damn router yet and I'm already at the point where I want to slit my wrists as I have paid for a service that Im not receiving and it already mid month of no service. With these people! The " customer service" agents on the chat are as dumb as dirt, disappear constantly and don't do anything to help you.
