Webafrica Is A ****

Webafrica is run by ******, everyone is complaining about the same thing. You taking customer's money and not offering a service. I ordered a Fibre plan in November 2024 on the 24th. 7 days went by with a word from them. Through out the entire month of December 2024, I wasted my time and data trying to get my money back. I don't any installation and my money is not refunded. Dealing with Webafrica is really annoying. You are not professional and your agents are very rude and lazy. None of them can help with my issues. Carmaliter Davids who responded to my complaint also left me hanging without a proper response with a timeframe on when my issue with resolved. She told me about 15 working days which now have been exceeded by a week. I don't even know how a company like this is even operating. This is a broad day light ****. Webafrica is run by a batch of ****mers.
