Webafrica - Internet speed upgraded that never happened with full payment

I have had a 100mb/s fiber line with Webafrica for a year now. I upgraded the line to a 300mb/s line 4 months ago, which Webafrica has charged me for. No upgrade has been made to the line and my internet download speed was still stuck at 100mb/s. This is poor business practice and i have not received any compensation for the extra amount that i have been paying for. Wil never recommend Webafrica. I moved to Afrihost and they helped me immediately with a new line and the internet speed was exactly what i asked for.
