WebAfrica - Internet service dissapointment

i will personally not Refer web africa to anyone, we have just had one issue after the other and no one can phone and talk to you, everything is whatsapp chat except if they want to sell you a service or when they are trying to deduct money from my bank account for what they call a CLAWBACK, as i moved to a new premises. i have even arranged with their whatsapp warriors to pay the clawback of R2880 off which they suggested i do. Now my bank account looks even worse because they keep trying to deduct the money that they arranged that i pay off.. i find the service rediculous. and i will not be paying a sent further and i also will not send the router back they can fetch it. i cant believe that they charge People close to R3000 for a 20meter cable installation.
