Webafrica - Internet down for almost a whole week.

My internet has been down for 6 days and the ETA of resolution is 48hrs. It took them 1 1/2 hours just to contact me through the live chat on whatsapp and impossible to contact them through a land line. The worst experience thus far! I work remotely and have had to go to coffee shops just to work. And I am paying R 1000 a month. This is not worth it at all.
