Webafrica internet connection nightmare

I am trying to get hold of webafrica. I have to log a call everyday, I mean everyday to get them to troubleshoot my internet connection. The internet connection is so slow it doesn't allow me to go into any websites. I am a student and I cannot write exams or finish my assignments. I am doomed. I regret signing up with webafrica. This is a cry for help until next month end. I will then change my service provider or I am going to fail this year.
