WebAfrica Internet connection Down

My connection have been down since Monday 31st.Theres no way to get hold of them Thats WebAfica,their whats app bot is useless,no solution offered.Called them numerous times and they not helping or coming up with a solution. This is annoying,how come you can sell your service to customers and when they have problems you not helping.Thats nonsense,get your act right im a paying customer and deserve to get the service im paying for.
