Webafrica internet always down. Problems problems problems.

Second time in one month where I sit without internet connection. Been without a connection since Thursday, contact their agents and one is more clueless than the other. This is totally unacceptable. People tell me to contact my ISP, but i do and nothing gets resolved , all i hear the whole time is that it needs to be activated but no solutions. Completely annoying and unacceptable.
