Webafrica *****ing money from clients without refunding for 2 months now

Webafrica has taken a double debit order for Jan and Feb 2025 with no luck in refund, their only way of communication is via Whatsapp and the skills to resolve this issue is left wanting. I need my refund asap, I am unable to reach anyone but the sales line and then they hang up in my ear. Call me back on ***
