Webafrica Incompetence in their Credit Department

I have a query on why i am charged 699 for 20/20 speed line for 4months and the 6th Month ,charges were rectify to 399/m . A person named Pamela was dealing with this. She asked me to send her my invoices whilst she has this information on their sytem. How useless is this wattsapp communucation setup . Then they just buzzoff without anything being sorted. *** is my number linked to my account. Please please help here as im in process to just cancell my two fiber connections without you knowing.
