WebAfrica in conjunction with Frogfoot are the best combo for not getting fibre

I placed a new order on the 24th of July as we were moving premises on the 15th of August. It is now the 11th of September and no one can tell me when it will be installed. The current excuse is that Frogfoot is waiting for hardware.

I’ve been pushed from pillar to post on their inefficient WhatsApp bot group having to answer the same security questions every single time, multiple times a day. No one has any answers, it’s just the same bot responses all the time.

I have been a WebAfrica customer since the days of ADSL and seeing how terrible their service has gotten over the years is such a disappointment.

As a long time WebAfrica customer, I recommend you find another ISP!
