Webafrica impossible to contact

I have been trying to get assistance from webafrica since Saturday 2 May to complete my Fibre set up. My emails have not been responded to, the whatsapp line is unable to connect to an agent and I've called over fifteen times with no answer. I eventually got hold of a sales agent who said she herself is unable to get hold of the technicians and has been trying on my behalf, with no success to date. Can they please indicate how people are meant to get hold of them???
