Webafrica: IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL WEBAFRICA FIBRE - BE CAREFUL!!

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL WEBAFRICA FIBRE - BE CAREFUL!! I've been trying for more than 5 hours today to cancel my fibre connection and service. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO DO!

You can only communicate using WhatsApp. The Willie-the-bot let's you wait for an agent (human) . Once you get hold of such they all try to get you not to cancel. (I am moving house and the rental has fibre included - and, the existing house will be empty). Eventually the agent will apparently transfer you to the another agent who handles cancellations. You hold for ever and no one gets on line! They all ask you your details while they actually use the very same details before asking it. Webafrica tells you you have a month to month contract but when you try to cancel they inform you that you can only do so after 12 months (I had the fibre for 12 months fortunately - not that that means anything! I'M SO FEDUP WITH WEBAFRICA...
