WebAfrica I'm so dissapointed Cell C sucks and yopu should have known better
I have ordered 3 Cell C LTE packages from WebAfrica. I made the last order on the 26th of February and I have only received 2 of the 3 packages.
The packages that I have received don't work due to this Nationwide outage.
I am trying to run an online business with these non existent connections, and sadly I cant use the affordable WebAfrica packages, so I'm stuck using my overpriced Vodacom data bundles to do my work.
In the week that I haven't had service I've already spent R800.00 on Vodacom data o run my business. That's also just for +- 15gigs of data at R270 more than I'm supposed to be paying WebAfrica for 100gigs of(racey fast-More like zombie slow/dead) LTE.
I'm apparently not even going to get a refund or a rol***** of the data I've paid for and cant use.
I've already lost 5 clients due to my services not being up. I'm at the point that I want to change over to one of your competing companies.
I've never known such a rag-tag bunch of useless individuals like the caliber of CellC/WebAfrica salesmen.
They were more then happy to sell to me and sign me up, but when the **** hits the fan, I'm stuck with a suffering internet business and a spend of over 2,5 x what I've supposed to be charged all because Cell C ****ed up.
