WebAfrica ignores clients

Since lockdown we have struggled with our fibre. We pay for 20 mbps but get 7 at most. Most of the time it doesn't work at all. We have lodged numerous complaints and called them to come and see what the problem is, but they just ignore us completely. When we wanted to cancel, a man called us and promised us that he will fix the problem and promised us a free month, but it was all empty promises.
