Webafrica i am not happy

I tried to get a fibre contract with them but cancelled . Despite stopping my debit order and talking to their agents and they assured me that they cancelled the order, they keep debiting my account. I have no product with them and they are useless because they keep taking money from my account even if i am not contracted with them . Webafrica PLEASE STOP
