Webafrica horror experience

Worst service ever , I ordered for fibre connection online in January , immediately on the same day their consultant contacted me and requested my account details and later same day they debited the initial fee of R1200. Since then I am being taken from pillar to post about my installation, useless whatsapp , useless telephone support, they have taken my money and now they are ignoring me and not even keeping their appointments, over a month and I am still waiting to be connected
