WebAfrica horrible service Speed Upgrade

******* company! Upgraded my line from 10/10 Mbps to 50/50Mbps and now I’m on 3rd month and they still haven’t provisioned the speeds. The WhatsApp fault reporting and troubleshooting is soooo frustrating and these people always asking me questions and making test this and that. I comply and they get to see that I’m not getting these speeds but they still not resolving my issue, yet the charge me monthly for these speeds
