Webafrica horrible service failure

Do yourself a favour and stay away from webafrica. Placed an order with and for my elderly parent for his wifi connection. They gatheted a R250 application fee and after that never bothered to engage the customer and follow through on the order. On their whatsapp and call centre they take hours to come back and don't deliver. I want to go to the press.
