WEBAFRICA - HORRIBLE SERVICE DELIVERY AND *****S

I am beyond ****ed. they keep deducting R1400 for Fibre but i signed up for R399 line. ( Their bot/chat system is soooo ****!!! ) always "someone is investigating" then the chat has been dropped. i cant get hold of any ^*#$ing person to phone or email.
