Webafrica horrible service

Signed up with webafrica,paid 1st amount,line not in yet. When line was ment to be put in then they couldnt....one would think they will check that before taking money. The whatsapp service is rediculous,1st attempt to check up on a query i had to wait for almost 2 hours after starting to chat with someone and tell them what i need just to get a reply saying ill be with you now,2nd attempt,just as bad, can't speak to a manager,keep making promises that i will be called back but nothing

Never use webafrica,they take your money easily but when there is a problem then you can't get proper assistance
