WEBAFRICA - HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY POOR ETHICS

They are the worst company I have ever had the 'displeasure' of dealing with. I had endless issues in cancelling my subscription, similar to the experiences of a lot of customers whose reviews I have read. The cherry on the cake was when they charged me for my router for not returning it. I was a customer of theirs since 2018 and cancelled my subscription in March 2022. Supposedly, after a year subscription the router is paid off (based on the information they provided when I signed up), and you don't need to return it. They went ahead and charged me for the router anyway. It astonishes me how a company like this can still be operating.

STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA. THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IMAGINABLE AND SEEMS TO BE A COMPANY WITH VERY LITTLE ETHICS.
