webafrica horrible product

I used a couple of service providers for Internet but webafrica is the worst by far. i have never had such horrible service from the consultants and their connection. I did not have internet connection for 8 days now and i payed my account. when I tell them am moving within the same complex they tell me i need to cancel my current account and pay the cancelation fee, then take up another account and pay the installation fee for that one but i will still use the same rooter. am basically just moving from the second floor to the 1st floor. I got different explanations from their agents every time. when i moved to the complex i was warned not to join webafrica and i clearly should have listened.
