WEBAFRICA Horrible communication and customer service

When WebAfrica moved our package over from 100mbps to 150mbps and increased the price I was fine with that, but looking at the speed I get on a speed test I am only getting around 90 Mbps I logged a fault on the 9th or 10th there was zero communication, their WhatsApp chat agents couldn't help whatsoever only one was able to but they couldn't even fix the problem. I am still sitting with this problem and they closed my ticket saying it was fixed. Zero communication. I am planning on changing to Afrihost. DON'T GO WITH WEBAFRICA
