Webafrica holding R429 hostage for failed Vuma installation

Vumatel denied my installation on Feb 13th due to no infrastructure. Webafrica took my money immediately but is now 'pending approval' for a refund for almost two weeks week. No service, no router, no refund. Escalating to ISPA today.
