WebAfrica holding fibre line hostage

WebAfrica is holding my Fibre line ransom. I gave a months notice of cancelling my fibre line with WebAfrica as agreed they stopped the interent on the 1st of November. I had to phone them on the first to query about the line, as my new ISP said they haven't released it. They then blamed the new ISP, saying they are not doing the process correctly, they also said I should wait 24 hours as this might be the problem. On the 2nd I phoned my new ISP, they confirmed the line was still showing link to WebAfrica, I then phoned WebAfrica, they stated again that they had released the line and they could see it was released. I phoned my new ISP again, they said again that it wasn't released, and said WebAfrica must send me proof of the released line so they could take it up with open serve. I phoned WebAfrica again, they once again said it was released when I pushed them they transferred me to operations. Operations (after holding for half an hour) then said it was a system error on their side and they were trying to fix it, they said they would send me confirmation of the problem and confirmation once sorted. 3 hours later I phoned back again, once again I was told by the first line that they had released it and there was no issue, I pushed and was transferred to operations. Operations came on the line, and told me now, that it's open serves problem, and that open serve is holding the line and they can't get hold of anyone in open serve to fix the line. This is now the third different story they are telling me, no one has come back to fix the problem, they refuse to give us Internet while they try to resolve their issues. Account AJD06
