Webafrica has zero customer service

If there was a zero i would rate webafrica a zero.i dont know how many times i have contacted them(and thats if you get hold of someone) for this invalid profile on my MTN LTE account.I mean it goes on for days and days...there is no help at all.if you get through to someone on whatsapp,they just end the chat without even helping you.and if you call the support line,no one answers... No customer service at all
