Webafrica has wasted hours of my life and I'm still not connected.

Since 23 September I have waited to be connected to webafrica. It's 13 October and I'm pretty tired of wasting 20 mins airtime a day following up on the progress. I'm pretty tired of sitting at home without Fibre when I have to work on wifi. You have a serious problem with how ur process works. I've spent about 4 hours on your WhatsApp chats as well. Every person has a different story. This is such a waste of time. Don't use webafrica. I will be looking for an alternative service provider. If anyone has suggestions please advice.
