Webafrica has thee worst service provider service ever.

Worst service I have received from a service provider. Waited 2 weeks for my router. Only activated it on the 28th Nov when I finally got it and started using the internet then and they went on to bill me for a full November deduction. Their agents (Mellissa and Thabang M) on their live chat ditch the cconversationswhen they realize it is a complaint and you never get assisted with anything on that platform. Very good at signing you up, but their service is awful. I am still waiting for them to contact me, a week later. I don't recommend them at all. Horrible service and customer care.
