Webafrica has the worst tech support!
EVERY SINGLE TIME that I phone Tech support, I hold on for more than 25 minutes before being assisted. I have complained numerous times but only get apologetic emails about how understaffed they are. This has been happening for over a year now. Today the money on my phone ran out before they answered, in which case I was holding on for Tech Support for 30 minutes already! This is infuriating. Do not use Webafrica!
