Absolutely *********** staff, you hold for what feels like forever with their 'WhatsApp bot', eventually you get through and my problem hasn't been sorted, they even escalated it to Vumatel and they do not follow up. My Internet has been off for more than a week, yet they still deduct the money. Would not recommend this pathetic company to anyone!
