Webafrica has the worst service ever

Webafrica has worst service ever! Spoke to 4 different agents about a refund for over a month with no luck. Now they have suspended my account but they are the ones owing me refund. How pathetic. I can’t get hold of the sales team via telephone or the billing department via their whatsapp line.

I am done with this pathetic service provider
