Webafrica has the worst customer support

Webafrica's support is a joke you have to wait 2+ hours every time in a whatsapp chat of all things just to "talk" to someone, just for them to promise to look into it but never do.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my router delivery after not being available in person to accept it the first time and have been trying to reschedule this.

I also in mean time requested an upgrade to my line via ther website to get past their ridiculous fair usage policy, after a week of no action I went on whatsapp support that the the depart that does that is now closed after waiting for 3 hours. the seperate ticket I logged was also just closed without explanation or action
