Webafrica has the WORST customer service!!!!!!

Webafrica has the worst service ever!!! My internet has been down for hours now, and still I do not get support. There is no way to talk to a consultant. I am waiting for hours on their stupid whatsapp service, which no one replies on. This is terrible. Customer service doesn't exist. It is so frustrating to deal with them. They do not take accountability. DO NOT SUPPORT WEBAFRICA!!! They do not provide any service. My internet is still not working, and no customer support.
