WebAfrica has pathetic service and blocking me from cancelling.

I'm trying to cancel my line due to be down for 10 consecutive days with no help or feedback.

Currently sitting in WebAfrica's Whatsapp chat that doesn't work / redirect me to customer service. They're doing their best to try and prevent me from cancelling my line.

Stay away from WebAfrica. They're awful.
