Webafrica has no support

Webafrica has the worst support of all ISPs I have dealt with. No after hours support. When you finally get through to someone at support, they know little more than to ask that you restart your router. They aren't willing to escalate the issue to the line provider (VUMA) and they also won't give a reference number to the ticket.
