Webafrica has no support. Buyers remorse big time

I am very unhappy with the service Webafrica supplies. We got connected quick and easy a couple of weeks ago but since then we have had way too much down time on the fibre line. I haven’t had Fibre for a week now and logging the issue doesn’t help. The feedback is generic nonsense and you cannot get anyone from their support to actually phone you and help you.

Webafrica has a disgusting business model that makes it impossible for you to contact them and cancel.
