WEBAFRICA HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Since 07/12/2024 I have been sending messages on the live chat line for the cancellation of my service with Webafrica. I complete all the bot responses and then get the general response stating that y query will be sent to the next available consultant. However, to date, not one consultant has responded to my bot chats nor has anyone attempted to call me with regard to my cancellation request. I have now also loaded them on WhatsApp and the same thing occurs. This is becoming extremely frustrating and disheartening as it was not such a mission to sign up, but heaven knows it's a struggle like hell cancelling the service. I want immediate feedback and cancellation
