Webafrica has no after sales support.

Do not choose Webafrica as an ISP. Their support is on Whatsapp only, and their turnaround time is >2 hours. Support is terrible, I have been struggling for more than 24 hours to get assistance. I keep getting told by this irritating Bot that my request is outside of working hours. I have also received last night that my details were sent to an agent, and that they are so busy at the moment. I am frustrated, because when I do a check with this ISP's BOT it says everything is fine.
