Webafrica has lousy service

I have been waiting to get connected for over a week now. The only way to communicate with them is on Whatsapp. Multiple Bots and agents respond to messages but no action. They were quick to debit my account, but I still have no service. Reference number ***. I want to cancel my order and find a better service provider
