Webafrica has become unreliable, unsupportive, and expensive

Webafrica has been my service promise for more that 10 years. However, their service has become bad, repeated errors in billing what are not being fixed, no telephonic help since Covid (really! This is the easiest support to give from home), and their Whatsapp support is slow and does not solve my problems. On top of that, they are very expensive! Time for change!
