WebAfrica has bad customer service, please stay away from them.

WebAfrica service is pathetic, l am being billed for R719 for 25MBps. When l ask to cancel my service the make it more attractive and offer discounts and refund. I have allowed them twice to price match my package and within 2 months l am back again with billing issues.

I have been a loyal customer of WebAfrica and learnt biggest lessons ever from their services.

Please never take price match or negotiate for cheaper package. Better cancel their services and sign up for cheaper packages.

I give up and l would want anyone to go through this. We all deserve better and WebAfrica will never offer you the best service.
